About
I picked up a broken Nintendo Switch and rebuilt it rather than replacing it. The project involved fully disassembling the console, replacing the damaged display, swapping the housing and controls, and carefully reassembling the system. What started as a broken device became an opportunity to understand how the Switch is designed, assembled, and serviced.

The rebuild required taking the Switch down to its individual assemblies, transferring the internal components into the new housing, installing the replacement display and controls, and putting everything back together in the correct sequence.
